you may have some probloms with obex or moblue in OMNIA so a way to solve this problom is changing the registry value :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ObexInboxEx attention:'IsEnabled' DWORD value must be set to '1'. The value should be set to '1' to enable OBEX and '0' to disable OBEX.
