I think when an instrument is important & have a wide spectrum role for U it is better to be portable as if as it is possible.
There is alot of windows mobile programs designed for medical groups. if U consider the fact that a ppc could be a drug information book beside the patient bed but a laptop is bigger than do this role ..and so on , U will discover how usefull ppc is.
Two of medical program providers are more important the Skyscape & the Medical wizards . some of programs are same between these two companies but medical wizard is famous for its Anatomy & Skyscape is more popular.
About drug information programs : DrDrug is the most popular and it is more usefull than others but not the most complete one. AHFS drug is more complete than DrDrug but the two programs are including FDA drugs and if U are searching an europian drug; pAmh may be more usefull (is based on an australian database) also Merck manual may be usefull because its general informations.
Dr. Drug update for physician decreased the volume! although increased the Data!!
Uptodate ,The world largest clinical community,released version 16.2 for PDA witch contains a huge amont of knowledges in medicine (about 2 GB),

1-how could I find a registered version of LINGVO dictionary?
All I've downloaded need to be registered.
2-Updating of ROM reaaly can boost battery performance? if yes where can I find J1 for download and what shall I do if COUNTRY problem happens?
Ok first about lingvo U may find The link for it in P30world forum uploaded by Farnaz... if it doesn't work I will re upload it for U.
and about ROM and its influence on energy saving and energy wasting certainly it has an important role. for example: I2 is a bad rom for battery ....
and at last for j1 and country probloms there is a huge amount of information in p30world forum but why U don't examine j9 or K3 they will be a better choice ...!

you should download lingvosoft trial version from the official site www.lingvosoft.com then install it on your ppc "cut" the Ld.exe file from this address: storage\programs\lingvo... and send it to me for cracking
at present J9 seems to be the best but we are looking forward to L2
It is completely true that all Data will be deleted if you install a new ROM (programs, contacts, ...) although it is better you syncronize Ur contacts with Ur Desktop Outlook before Rom update
